Lisa Miller | Paralegal
Lisa received a B.A magna cum laude from Lees McRae College, with a major in American History and a minor in Appalachian Studies. While at school she took a special interest in the United States Constitution, governmental creation and Supreme Court rulings that shaped our country. She also served as Student Government Secretary. She also holds an A.A. in General Studies from Caldwell Community College.
Lisa serves as a pregnancy and infant loss peer mentor for Stillbirthday, where she aids other women and families in coming to terms with the loss of a pregnancy or child. She is also active with grassroots efforts to promote safe childbirth initiatives, and the Safer Midwifery Project, an advocacy group that works to ensure all women and babies have access to quality medical care during pregnancy and birth.
